Hello there!

Welcome to a new little corner of Cyclic by Nature, where we talk about the Fertility Awareness Method. FAM is a daily practice of noticing and charting of biomarkers, to inform hormonal health, fertility, and creativity cycles. Shortly after finishing the ECT this Spring, I finished up the last few steps for my Fertility Awareness Educator certificate through FEMM, a process started nearly two tears prior. I am so grateful to be in a settled place in life to begin sharing this sweet practice with folks.

I’ve made a local offering here in Salida, Colorado, with some fun flyers, but also wanted to open space to learn Fertility Awareness Method online if you don’t find yourself in the same town as me.
